Freepik Company, S.L.U., registered in the Commercial Registry of Málaga, volume 4994, sheet 217, page number MA-113059, with Tax Number B-93183366 and registered office at 13 Molina Lario St., 5th floor, 29015, Málaga, Spain ("Freepik" or the “Promoter”), is the promoter of the present promotional challenge (the “Promotion”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion is a limited-time creative challenge (the “Promotion”). Freepik reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or permanently terminate the Promotion, its mechanics or its rewards at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2.1 General Requirements
Participation is open to natural persons who:
a. Are at least 18 years old on the date of entry and meet the legal age of majority in their country of residence.
b. Hold a public account on the platform designated by Freepik for the Promotion throughout its duration.
c. Hold an active Freepik account associated with a valid email address.
d. Submit original content created exclusively by themselves using Freepik tools.
e. Comply with the Freepik Terms of Use, Freepik AI content policies, and all applicable platform rules and guidelines.
f. Have not been banned or suspended by Freepik or the hosting platform.
The Promoter may, at its discretion, exclude employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members or household members of such persons.
Each participant may submit up to three (3) entries during the Promotion period. Only one (1) entry per participant will be considered for the final ranking.
2.2. Channel and Third Party Platforms
The Promotion is conducted through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Reddit, Discord and Typeform (the “Third-Party Platforms”).
The Third-Party Platforms do not sponsor, endorse, administer or are otherwise associated with the Promotion.
Freepik does not control and is not responsible for the availability, functionality, rules, moderation decisions or actions taken by such platforms, including but not limited to account suspensions, content removals or access restrictions.
Participants are solely responsible for complying with the terms of use, policies and community guidelines of each Third-Party Platform.
This includes any impact such actions may have on the visibility, interaction or voting results of submitted entries.
2.3 Proof of Eligibility
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, authorship of the submitted content, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to provide suitable proof may result in disqualification.
3.1 Participation Mechanics
To participate in the Promotion, entrants must:
a. Submit up to three (3) original creative entries inspired by the Valentine’s Day theme, including but not limited to romantic, funny, anti-Valentine, self-love or ironic interpretations.
b. Ensure that all submitted content is safe for work (SFW) and does not include explicit, offensive, hateful or harassing material.
c. Publish the entry or entries through the platform and method specified by Freepik for this Promotion.
d. Entries must be submitted through the official submission form designated by Freepik for this Promotion, including any required information and links to the published content.
e. Ensure that all submissions remain publicly accessible and unmodified during the Promotion period and until the verification and voting review process has been completed.
f. Confirm that all submitted content is fully original, created exclusively by the participant, and complies with these Terms & Conditions.
